Open - Air Exhibition of Large Scale Photographs : Czech Dance Kaleidoscope
“Kaleidoscope of Czech Dance” The exhibition of large-dimensional photographs, organized by the Tancprojekt Civic Association, is open in the Vojanovy Gardens in Prague to 16 September. The exhibition presents top Czech dance companies as well as individual dancers as viewed by contemporary art photographers (Tono Stano, Dragan Dragin, Martin Šandera, Tomáš Bořil, Viktor Kronbauer and others). The selection of ten dance companies, whose photographs will be represented at the exhibition, was composed with regard to the successes of the dancers on both local and international scenes. Most of the artists on display received prestigious awards at festivals held on a global scale, but also the significant prize awarded in the framework of the festival Dance Prague (Tanec Praha).
