The Prize of the National Gallery in Prague and the ČEZ Group
The deadline of the NG 333 and the ČEZ Group Prize (Cena NG 333 a Skupiny ČEZ), which is announced by the National Gallery in Prague for the second time, has been prolonged to 4 September 2008. Invited are artists up to 33 years of age from both Czech and Slovak Republics who are required to present themselves with one work of art created in past three years. They are expected to submit the documentation of the work instead of a work itself. The winner, who will be selected by a jury of nine, will be awarded with 333 thousand CZK. Please address the materials to: The National Gallery in Prague – Trade Fair Palace Dukelských hrdinů 47 170 00 Prague 7 Please mark the envelopes with the inscription “Cena NG 333 a Skupiny ČEZ”. The works will also be collected by a representative of the Collection of Modern and Contemporary Art directly in the Trade Fair Palace on working days from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m.
