Jun 05 | '08 | A Cube in Liberec
A new sculpture by Milan Houser called The Sixth Space was unveiled outside the Liberec Town Hall. It is a light cube with firs from the Jizerské Mountains. Sculptures outside the town hall have become a tradition in Liberec. They are placed there by the Spacia Society headed by Ivona Raimanová for a certain period and then re-installed elsewhere in town in a permanent place. Houser’s cube was preceded by The Chair by Magdalena Jetelová and Birds by sculptor Martina Niubo. The cube will remain outside the town hall until the end of this year.
