4+4 Days in Motion art festival 2012 and exhibition: WOULD YOU LIKE TO PLAY ANOTHER GAME?
As part of the 17th annual contemporary 4+4 Days in Motion art festival that is
running from October 26th – November 3rd, 2012 is the exhibition WOULD YOU
LIKE TO PLAY ANOTHER GAME? This mixed media contemporary art exhibition features installations from a variety of Czech artists and international artists as well including Alain Rivière, Florian Pugnaire and David Raffini, and focuses on the complex, complicated “game” that is the worldwide structure of society. Seeing as the exhibition is based on the idea of life as a game, it is then of interest to note hat the exhibition is temporarily housed in a former casino on the lovely street of Pařížská. The dilapidated condition of the building that once saw so many different versions of gambling games leaves oh so much more up to the viewer’s imagination.
Curators Krištof Kintera and Denisa Václavová invite you to play the game and take a gamble on that which is life.
