The cycle entitled “Their Souls Were like Eternally Made-Up Beds” is yet another group of works in which the artist employs the medium of collage in her characteristic style. Perforated black paper is adjusted between two glass panes, and thus casts its own shadow on the surface. Equally as with the cycle “When I Find You, I’ll Tell You Something Important”, the artist creates equally formed frames for the individual abstract signs. Also this series originates from the first half of the 1990s.
