The Red-Green Structure ranks to the lithographs created by Sýkora mainly during the 1970s on the basis of an almost identical painting in which the artist explored relations among various geometric models. The print originates from the German collection Hoffmann and is signed on the reverse. It was documented in the book entitled Zdeněk Sýkora – Graphic Art, published by the Gallery publishing house in Prague in 2008.
