This vase of smoke-colored glass, entitled “In the Rain”, was designed by Anna Polanská in 2007. The designer employed the technology of smelted glass sculpture. After smelting, she treated the surface by hand on a disc grinder with the aim to imitate the imperfect, “primitive” artistic technologies known from the aboriginal tribes.
