In the bowl entitled Republic, its designer Maxim Velčovský masterfully coped with the assignment of his dissertation – to create a porcelain souvenir alias an object reminiscent its owner of a certain place. Instead of tasteless cup prints, Velčovský came up with an original solution and gave the outline of the Czech Republic to a vessel. The white glazed porcelain moreover underlines the purity of form which makes the Republic a unique design object. The number of the desired material is limited.
