Position 01 The black-and-white drawing on display, originating from the 1970s, shows Fára’s more lyrical and more intimate attitude. The soft records on cardboard are something in between a construction of a secret plan and a lyrical illustration of a poem. Here, too, the restrained morphology characteristic of this artist is quite obvious. Position 03 This drawing on cardboard is rather non-typical for Libor Fára. It bespeaks of some kind of lyrical analysis, apparently of a very intimate character, rather than the artist’s usual additive approach to the individual features of a collage, object, or painting.
