This variation on felids of realistic form was executed by casting to bronze. The sculptor here again employed his characteristic morphology, this time using walnut shells which created a characteristic structure in the bronze material; structure which today even serves as Gabriel’s trademark. It can also be said that these bronze sculptures have already irreversibly entered the sphere of Czech art history.
