The revolving chair EA 222 is part of the collection “Soft Pad Group” designed by the legendary couple Charles & Ray Eames’ in 1959 and produced by Vitra. In construction, the chair departs from the model EA 124, but the skeleton of either polished or chromium-plated aluminium is upholstered and covered with leather. The mechanism that allows for regulating the swing of the chair backwards is between the seating part and the four-beam base. This chair can be ideally accompanied by a leather-upholstered footstool EA 223. The listed price is for the basic version; the prices of the remaining versions are available upon request.
