The table rests on four rounded, downward narrowing legs. The legs stem diagonally from the rectangular wooden board. The surface of the table is veneered in black. The upper part of the table bears a white translucent glass which strikingly contrasts with the black-veneered frame. The table was produced in Czechoslovakia during the 1960s and it displays clear signs of the so-called Brussels style.
