The beaker is made of thin opaque glass blown into form and smelted. The hollow, bell-shaped foot is fused with the equally bell-shaped body of the beaker. The beaker culminates by a convex lid with a spherical fitting. Both the body of the beaker and the lid are decorated with enamel medallions featuring black birds sitting on stylized tendrils. The beaker was produced in the Glassmaking School in Kamenický Šenov during the 1920s.
