The earrings are made of yellow gold of 14 carat purity, i.e. 585/1000. Their total weight is 2.95 grams. The centers of the earrings are decorated with cut natural chrysoprases of oval shape that are surrounded by minute white sapphires. The jewel on display represents a work of Central-European provenance which can be dated to the period of the 1920s.
