The table extension, executed in the Art Nouveau style, rests on four volute legs. The base symbolizes a tree trunk with branches and foliage with a young girl in tight dress leaning against it. The trunk continues by a sea shell that serves as a bowl. The edge of the shell carries another scantily dressed girl. The item on display represents a ceramic product of the Wahliss company which was active in the Teplice region during the period of the so-called First Republic in Czechoslovakia. The table extension is a product originating from the around 1930.
