Almandine Necklace | around 1930 | Art Deco | Gold, Gemstones, Jewlery | Antiques | price: EUR 625Add to My CollectionAsk about this artifact |
The necklace of the total weight of 7.8 grams is hung on a thin golden chain. It is made of pink gold of 585/1000 purity, i.e. 14 carats. The necklace in the Art Deco style is composed of parts of simple shape. Apart from two small leaves, it is merely decorated with fluting. It is set by oblong, circular and teary almandites and the bottom pendants are decorated with two small sapphires. The plate marks suggest that the item on display represents a Bohemian work from the period around 1930.
