The ring is made of yellow and white gold of 585/1000 purity, i.e. 14 carats. The head of the ring is decorated with a rather elaborate and demanding engraving, and four doubled lewises enclose light natural amethyst of oblong, hexagonal shape. This ring in the Art Deco style of a very high-quality elaboration was made around 1930. It bears an imported, foreign plate mark which does not allow for reliable determination of its country of origin.
