This spherical-shaped item is made of embossed brass. Its bottom portion features a hammered decoration, typical of late Art Nouveau. The middle section is adorned with impressed Art Nouveau designs and handles of distinctive shapes. The piece was manufactured by the distinguished WMF company of Witemberg, Germany, around 1915.
