The Prague gallery hunt kastner artworks presents a new series of photographs by Lenka Klodová, entitled “Name Me Anew”. Klodová has focused on the subject of woman since the beginning of her work, and the new cycle is thus a follow-up to the projects dealing with the socially determined female role. The series of photographs is concerned with woman’s everyday activities, from the working to the erotic ones. An attractive woman is, however, computer-generated into a faceless torso which demonstrates her thoughtless perception. Lenka Klodová graduated from the Academy of Arts, Architecture and Design in Prague. She employs a wide scale of media – sculptures, installations and photographs as well as performances and frequently exhibits both in the Czech Republic and abroad.
