Till 24 May, the Jiří Švestka Gallery exhibits new paintings by Veronika Holcová, entitled Memory. The artist follows up with her “fantasy” style of painting, developing it to the utmost, extreme positions possible. She masterfully combines various painting methods and parodies kitschy illustrations on the edge of the bearable. Both the color scale and the intricate painting details are unbearably beautiful.
