The goal of the exhibition is to present a photograph as a formable medium of contemporary art and to point out its key role in the present artistic discourse. Through the works of mature artists of a younger, middle and older generation the exhibition presents distinctive positions and shows the necessity of an original approach and attitude to photographic images. This exhibition demonstrates a range of creative methods from the Bressonovský capturing of a moment, works with ready-made photographs, and archives contemporary post-conceptual tendencies or tautalogic formalistic reflexes of the language of the photographic medium itself.
